Come Back To Give Back Walk in Lexington SC
June 15 - 16, 2013
Lexington High School Class of '78 is sponsoring a walk for their 35th year reunion! In an effort to acknowledge the exceptional education and experiences they received while attending Lexington High School, they have created a walk and an evening social event called "Come Back to Give Back". Everyone is invited to join the LHS Class of '78 at this exciting Lexington Walk. Proceeds raised will go to the Lexington County School District One Educational Foundation.

The Southern Guitar Festival and Competition brings world-caliber guitarists to the Lexington SC area to inspire and educate guitar professionals as well as amateurs. The Southern Guitar Festival and Competition will encompass concerts, masterclasses, lectures, and an international competition. This Columbia festival invites the Lexington community and visitors from out of town to join them for this exciting musical competition.

WWE Smackdown at the Colonial Life Arena

WWE Smackdown comes to the Colonial Life Arena on June 25, 2013! Celtic Warrior SHEAMUS, the 7 foot tall, 500 pound BIG SHOW and more of your favorite WWE Superstars will be in the Lexington area this month. July 4th Celebration at Lake Murray
June 29, 2013
Celebrate the 4th of July at the beautiful Lake Murray on Saturday, June 29, 2013. The 2013 4th of July Celebration features a boat parade and fireworks! Boats will meet at Bomb Island and head towards the Lake Murray Dam. Spectators can watch from the parksites at the Dam or by boat. This year's theme is Red, White & Bling and there will be prizes! Enter your boat to compete for the Grand Prize of $500, 2nd place prize of $150 and 3rd place prize of $100! Fireworks will launch from Spence Island and Dreher Island at 9PM. Fireworks will be synced to music so tune into Cumulus Radio!
